Writing to us

Send your message to hello@theunideals.com. Three things make an answer faster and more useful:

Never send us a password, a bank detail or a card number. We will never ask for one. Signing in to The Uni Deals uses a one-time code emailed to you, and nothing else.

Questions students ask

How does verification get checked?

Verification uses either a recognized Pakistani university email or a manual proof-of-enrollment review. If your email address is at a Pakistani university we recognize, we check that domain against our list and you are verified the moment you press the button. Otherwise you send a photo of proof of enrollment, and a person on our team looks at it by hand, usually within a day. The verification page shows you the decision.

What counts as proof of enrollment?

A student card, a fee slip or challan, an enrollment or admission letter, or a transcript with its header. Any one of them is enough on its own. Your name, the name of your institute, and the term or session if the document shows one all have to be readable in the photo.

My document came back rejected. What now?

Try again with a clearer photo or a different proof such as a fee slip or enrollment letter. A cut-off corner or a blurred line is the usual reason, and you can try again straight away from the verification page. If you have a university email address, that route verifies you instantly instead.

What happens when my pass expires?

Your account stays intact when your pass expires. Your saved offers and history stay exactly as they were. The verification page shows the expiry date and offers the same verification routes again.

How do I get a discount code?

Open the brand's page under Deals and sign in. Once you are verified, the offer's button becomes the real thing: Reveal code for an online code, a link straight to the brand for an offer that needs no code, or Open my pass for an in-store deal, where staff scan the QR on your pass at the counter. Codes are minted one at a time against your own account, which is what keeps them working for students and out of coupon sites.

A reveal said I had reached today's limit.

The daily reveal limit resets the next day. It exists so one account cannot drain an offer. A different message, that an offer is fully claimed for now, means the brand's batch of codes has run out rather than yours; those offers are usually topped up.

My sign-in code never arrived.

Sign-in codes arrive by email and expire in 10 minutes. Check the spam or promotions folder first, then use Send it again on the sign-in screen. If you typed the address wrong, Use a different email starts over. One email address is one account, so signing in again with the same address always returns you to the same account.

How do I sign out of this browser?

Open the account menu in the top right and choose Sign out. You can also sign out from cookie settings, which shows everything The Uni Deals has stored in this browser and lets you clear any of it.

How do I delete my account?

Delete your account in the app under Profile, or email hello@theunideals.com and we will do it for you. Deleting removes your account record, saved offers, verification history, visible redemption history, and any student ID or proof image we still have on file. It is permanent and we cannot undo it. The privacy policy sets out exactly what goes and what, by law, has to stay.

A brand did not honor an offer.

Email hello@theunideals.com if a brand does not honor an offer. Every discount is offered by an independent brand rather than by us, so we cannot force a till to accept one, but we do use that feedback to decide who stays on the platform. Send the brand, the branch or the website, the date, and what you were told.

If you are a brand

The same mailbox reaches us, and these three pages answer most of it before you write:

Already partnered with us? Your partner portal carries your live numbers, your offers, your branch posters, your widget key and your invoices. Portal sign-in is by invitation, so if you cannot get in, write to hello@theunideals.com and we will sort it out by hand.

To report an abused or leaked code, email us the code itself. We can trace it back to the account that revealed it.

Reporting a security problem

If you have found something that puts student accounts or partner data at risk, write to hello@theunideals.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give us a chance to fix it before you publish. We will not take action against anyone who reports a problem in good faith.
